Emma Ordoñez-Enos is a playwright and performer based in Seattle, WA. Originally from the Napa Valley, Emma moved to Seattle in 2022 to attend Cornish College of the Arts. As a kid, she aspired to be a marine biologist, until she caught the theater bug at age 11 in her first role as a beach bum.
Since then, she’s had the pleasure of acting in a variety of roles such as Helena in The River Bride, Hayden in Desdemona's Child (blood cry), and Kitty in Kitty Play Time at Cornish College of the Arts. She was also featured as Asher in The Monopoly Play by Sena Hanson-Walker, a student produced project.
Around age 14, Emma discovered a deep and untamable joy for writing. While she started as an angsty teenage poet, Emma has since channeled her passion into writing and producing plays such as In Your Hands, produced at Cornish College of the Arts; Beneath the Surface, featured in the self-produced mini festival Hotel Drama; and The Tiny House, a self-produced workshop.
Emma entered school with passion and has now graduated with purpose: to write plays and reach as many people as possible with theater.
